The Andersons, Inc. is seeking an experienced operations leader to manage the day-to-day facility operations, safety, and maintenance at our Upper Sandusky location. You will direct staff, maintain equipment, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
You will help set annual goals, develop operating budgets, track performance, and drive productivity while protecting assets. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and continuous improvement are essential to success.

This position is responsible for managing the operations, including safety and maintenance, and directing employees at assigned facility.
Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of business or technical support or production team Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plan, receives guidance and oversight from manager Typically, does not spend more than 20% of time performing the work supervised

Bachelor’s Degree preferred or required 3-5 years’ relevant experience required
Must be able to stand/sit for an extended period of time Ability to frequently lift/push/pull up to 60 pounds Must be able to climb/stoop/kneel at heights up to 100 feet Works indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions and temperatures Working conditions could include: dust, fumes, moderate noise and uneven surfaces
