J&J Worldwide Services in San Antonio, Texas is seeking a qualified supervisor to oversee work crews in electrical and facilities systems operations. This role involves planning and organizing maintenance schedules, supporting quality control, and training staff on safety and compliance requirements.

Responsible for supervising work crews in Electrical, Fire Alarm & Extinguishing, Controls, and Facilities Systems Operations. May direct through lead employees in order to maximize productivity. Responsible for overseeing the work of J&J subcontractors that are working onsite.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in proposal development, preferably managing solicitation responses for U.S. Government clients, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
Base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $115,000. This position may also be eligible for a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, well‑being, financial planning and short‑term incentive benefits.
