Lunds & Byerlys in Saint Cloud is hiring a vibrant, outgoing full-time Operations Supervisor to create a sensational shopping experience. The role offers a full-time schedule with a competitive wage of $17.30-$22.00/hr; the store operates 7 days a week from 6:00am to 10:00pm, with shifts typically 2:00pm-10:00pm.

As an Operations Supervisor you will greet customers, supervise front-end operations, assist with pricing, processing payments, packaging groceries, and resolving checkout concerns.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of retail or food service experience.
• Previous supervisory experience is desirable.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting customers.
• Supervising and assisting front-end operations including scanning items, entering pricing data, processing payments, and packaging groceries.
• Resolving checkout concerns and keeping the area organized.

Lunds & Byerlys St. Cloud is currently hiring for a vibrant and outgoing full-time Operations Supervisor to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers! This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $17.30-$22.00/hr.

We operate 7 days/week and are open from 6:00am-10:00pm. For this position the employee would be scheduled a range of shifts between 2:00pm-10:00pm.

Operations Supervisor Responsibilities

Our Operations Supervisors are responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as:

• Greeting and assisting customers
• Supervising and assisting front-end operations including:
  • Scanning items
  • Entering pricing data
  • Processing payment
  • Packaging groceries
  • Resolving any checkout concerns
• Bookkeeping and payroll processing
• Assisting in coaching, mentoring, and training employees
