Convergint is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Noblesville, IN to lead project delivery and optimize resources while ensuring exceptional service. This role stresses customer focus, team leadership, and strong financial oversight across multiple projects.

You will work within a collaborative culture that values growth, accountability, and results, supporting the Operations Manager and coordinating with Project Managers to achieve on-time, on-budget outcomes.
