Pathmark Transportation is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift (3pm - 11:30pm) to manage a team of hourly staff in a fast-paced warehouse setting. You will drive productivity, accuracy, and Lean-based improvements while maintaining a safe, organized work environment.

The role requires 2+ years of supervisor experience, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and TMS applications, with a focus on supply chain logistics. Bi-lingual candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve KPI targets (order fill rate accuracy, inventory accuracy, ETC).
• Provide coaching, training, and annual performance reviews; mentor staff.
• Promote Lean principles and drive process improvements.

Pathmark Transportation is Hiring an evening Shift Operations Supervisor.

Manage and lead a team of hourly associates in a fast- pace warehouse team environment. Ensure acceptable levels of performance in assigned business unit by meeting or proceeding productivity standards and cost control management. Ensure exceptional customer service by meeting key performance indicators (order fill rate accuracy, unannounced inspections, inventory accuracy, ETC.) for assigned are of responsibility.

Achieve performance goals throughKPI Monitoring, Promote LEAN Principles and process improvement. Lean and maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment. Meet or exceed corporate safety goals. Effectively communicate goals, expectations, area of improvement and success to associate.

• Coach, train and mentor associates allowing them the opportunity to grow and develop
• Conduct annual performance reviews
• Assist our wide range of clients with need and demand
• 2+ years of previous experience in a leadership role with a track record of implementation and managing changing.
• Listening skills and strong abilities to collaborate, communicate and motivate others to accomplish goals.
• Demonstrate success in problem- solving and decision- making to overcome obstacles to maximize opportunities.
• Ability to manage fast- pace environment while focusing on exceeding operational goals.
