Riverstone Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage day-to-day routing, dispatch, and client delivery objectives at a dedicated profit center. You will lead a team of Operations Coordinators, monitor motor carrier performance, and provide proactive feedback to improve delivery outcomes.
You will spend significant time in the office or warehouse, coaching staff, optimizing processes, and ensuring adherence to client standards.

Position Summary
The Operations Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day functions of routing, dispatching, and other client delivery objectives at a specific profit center. This position will supervise a team of Operations Coordinators that monitor motor carrier performance and provide feedback to motor carriers and location management. In addition, this position will assist CDT/RTD in monitoring and troubleshooting of delivery issues in a proactive and highly responsive manner. This position will spend most of their time in the office or warehouse helping to maximize the performance of the site by providing feedback and coaching to their team.
