Overview

SkillSetGroup is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to work in the Tustin, CA area. This position will oversee day-to-day functions of small warehouse/logistics, technical/customer service & account management teams. The chosen candidate must have a strong background in the medical equipment/device industry. Strong technical abilities, ERP system knowledge and logistics are a must. This will be a 1st shift position and a DIRECT HIRE opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of warehouse/logistics, technical/customer service & account management teams.
• Ensure ERP system usage, data accuracy, and effective logistics workflows.
• Lead and develop teams; manage performance and drive operational efficiency.
• Coordinate technical service activities and SLA management where applicable.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in account management, logistics, or operations, preferably within the medical equipment industry.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of managing and developing teams.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• In-depth knowledge of SLA management, logistics workflows, and technical service coordination.
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking to enhance operational efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
