We are seeking an Operations Supervisor in Romulus, MI

Must be available between our working hours of 5am-8:30pm as your schedule will vary

Saturday availability required as needed

JOBSUMMARY:

The Operations Supervisor is expected to provide their associates with the tools needed for success as wellas keenlydrive productivityandefficiencythrough data-driven decisions andanalytical problem- solving.Youwillensurethehighestqualityofthe workandmaximizeproductivityofPilot warehouse locations.Thisisa hands on management roleina warehousesetting.In addition,the Supervisor will provide training, complete performance reviews, and issue disciplinary action when necessary.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Developandmaintaintheoperationsbyinitiating,coordinatingandenforcingprogram,operational, and personnel policies and procedures

• Implementsecurityandsafetyimprovementsthatbenefitthecompany’sassets,visitors,tenantsand employees

• Maintainoperationsbyinitiating,coordinatingandenforcingprogram,operational,andpersonnel policies and procedures.

• Workvariablehours,includingweekends

• UtilizeknowledgeandexperienceofRFscannersinanadvancedwarehousesettingusingacollection of software and personnel processes to improve inventory accuracy, eliminate unnecessary mistakes and increase productivity

• Handleswork-relatedinjuries.EnsurethatpoliciesareincomplianceaswellasOSHAstandards.

• Maintainafavorableworkingrelationshipwithall other companyemployeestofosteraidand promoteacooperativeandharmoniousworkingclimatewhichwillbeconducivetomaximum employee morale, productivity, and efficiency/effectiveness.

PHYSICALREQUIREMENTS:

This position requires standing and walking for extended periods of time. Position requires employees to frequently stoop, kneel, crouch, use hands, reach, bend and lift objects above their head.Employeesmustbeabletoregularlylift/moveupto50poundsunassistedandusepalletjacks and forklifts.

Pay Range:

$58k-$61k

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
