Woodside Energy is seeking an Operations Superintendent for the Louisiana LNG Plant, responsible for daily operations and direct supervision of shift leaders and operators. The role ensures safety, compliance and reliable production in a complex LNG facility.
You will lead safety programs, coordinate maintenance needs, and drive operational readiness while managing budgets and contractor activities to meet project objectives.

The Operations Superintendent is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Louisiana LNG Plant. The position is responsible for the direct supervision of Shift Supervisors and Plant Operators, achieving production targets, overall plant reliability, and coordination necessary for planned and unplanned maintenance. Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, process safety, personnel safety, and adherence to industry standards and contractual requirements. The incumbent must have the skill to function as a Shift Supervisor and/or Board Operator when needed, in addition to managing the work performed by the team and assigned contractors.
