Job summary

Steelcase is seeking an experienced manufacturing leader to oversee multi‑shift operations and drive transformation. You will balance strategy with hands‑on leadership to ensure processes run smoothly and teams have what they need to succeed.

You will manage a large value stream spanning fabrication, paint and assembly, collaborate with plant leadership on strategic direction, drive continuous improvement, and strengthen accountability systems and performance metrics to deliver results.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Proven ability to create and execute operational plans aligned with strategic direction.
• Strong track record of transforming business processes and driving continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong leadership skills with experience overseeing multiple shifts and large teams
• Ability to manage accountability systems and performance metrics

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• Background in managing end-to-end operations within a plant or value stream
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and operational transformation
