The 2025 Operations Summer Analyst Program (Baltimore):

This 10-week program, starting in June, provides aspiring financial professionals with valuable experience in Morgan Stanley’s Operations Division. The program features:

Broad Exposure:
– Explore different functions within Operations and the financial services industry.
– Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Firm’s culture.

Intensive Training:
– Participate in summer trainings, speaker series, networking events, and educational sessions.
– Engage in hands-on experiences and a group project.

Leadership Development:
– Interact with senior management within Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Operations teams to evaluate and improve processes for efficiency.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Operations and related departments.
  • Present findings to senior management.
  • Partner with business units and technology to deliver exceptional client service in trade capture, settlement, account opening, and fraud monitoring.
  • Work with Technology to design and implement process improvements.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks while complying with regulations.
  • Build strong client relationships to ensure high-quality operational services.
