Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Senior Manager of Operations Strategy & Transformation in Glendale to lead cross-functional initiatives that improve processes and performance. You will partner with business leaders, develop strategic solutions, oversee execution, and ensure sustainable adoption of new approaches across the organization.

Responsibilities include directing multiple strategic projects, managing budgets, and delivering executive insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 3 years’ experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area.
• Experience leading large-scale projects and organizational change programs.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and strategic planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple strategic initiatives and complex projects across the organization.
• Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, resources, timelines, and success metrics.
• Monitor budgets, provide executive-level reporting and drive adoption of new processes and tools.
• Design scalable processes and partner with cross-functional teams for sustainable impact.
• Develop talent and build high-performing teams while maintaining inclusive culture.
