Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking an Operations Event Staff member to support event setup, teardown, and venue operations. You will work closely with the Ops Manager to ensure service standards are met, perform opening to closing duties, and help maintain guest satisfaction during events. This role requires effective English communication, ability to work under pressure, and physical endurance to manage venue duties at events.

Qualifications

  • Ability to handle crises and stay composed under pressure.
  • Capable of working on feet, moving around the venue, and lifting up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Perform day-of-show duties under the direction of the Ops Manager and Ops Supervisor.
  • Coordinate with services teams to meet service standards.
  • Execute opening, running, and closing duties per Live Nation policy.
  • Maintain line of sight and atmosphere control in guest areas.
  • Stay current on all Standard Operating Procedures.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Concerts is seeking an Operations Event Staff member. This person will focus on the operational set up, tear down of events as well as general building operations.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
  • Works directly with the Ops Manager and Ops Supervisor to perform day of show duties
  • Follow up with Ops Manager and Supervisor Services teams to ensure that service standards are met
  • Perform opening/running/closing duties according to Live Nation policy
  • Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through work area and reporting any issues encountered
  • Keep current on all Standard Operating Procedures
  • Turn in all lost and found articles to Box Office
  • Ensure proper line of sight maintenance by all staff at all points of guest contact
  • Work with the M.O.D. to resolve any and all guest issues
  • Required to work Special Events that are scheduled throughout the venue
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Ability to effectively perform in crises and work under pressure without the loss of composure.
  • Ability to memorize, recollect, and quickly retrieve relevant information.
  • Ability to interact effectively and calmly with angry or emotional patrons and employees during intensely aggravated circumstances.
  • Ability to walk, stand, lift at least 45 lbs., reach, pull, push, grasp and drag.
