You will streamline operations, coordinate with vendors and teams, monitor inventories, and implement process improvements to enhance client services and efficiency. A related degree and logistics software experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles and practices.
• Proficient in using logistics and supply chain management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and other stakeholders to manage logistics and supply chain processes.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocks.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new operational procedures and protocols.
• Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
• Participate in cross-functional projects as needed.
