The role is remote with flexible hours and project-based assignments. Applicants must have confident spoken English, reliability in multi-step reviews, and a quiet space for voice tasks.

• Ability to maintain reliable decisions throughout multi-step review work.
• Ability to follow multi-step instructions and keep judgments internally consistent.
• A computer, reliable internet and headphones, with a quiet space for voice-based tasks.
• Ability to produce your own ratings and written explanations without using AI tools.
