Lime, the global micromobility leader, is hiring for a full-time warehouse-based role in San Francisco. The job requires on-site presence during a rotating day shift (5:00am–1:30pm, Wednesday–Sunday).

You will deploy and retrieve Lime vehicles, engage with the local community, ensure safety, handle basic maintenance and support events. Must be 21+, possess a valid in-state license with a clean record, and be able to lift up to 65 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with a valid in-state driver license and clean driving record.
• Ability to drive large vans and work outdoors in all weather.
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs on a frequent basis.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English to follow safety procedures, read and complete required documentation, utilize mobile applications and tools.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate a van for deployment and retrieval of Lime vehicles.
• Interact with the local community and assess safety risks.
• Resolve city-related vehicle issues per SLAs.
• Maintain communication with the team and shift lead.
• Support Lime events including valet services and safety reviews.
• Assist with battery management, documentation and safety checks.
• Perform preventive maintenance and tire inflation; rotate scooters; support warehouse flow.
• Monitor zones with on-foot patrols for parking compliance and tidiness.
• Detect and report uncommon ground service situations.
• Assist customers in the field as needed.
• Follow safety procedures to keep Lime riders safe.
• Operate a pallet jack or push cart as needed.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned.

DAY SHIFT:

This is a full-time warehouse-based position that requires you to be onsite during your assigned shift. The day shift hours are 5:00am - 1:30pm. The shift available for this position is Wednesday - Sunday.

What You’ll Do:

• Safely operate a van for several hours a day to assist with the deployment and retrieval of Lime electric vehicles within the local market

• Interact with the local community to retrieve vehicles critically assessing risk to not compromise safety and occasionally using de escalation skills

• Address and resolve issues with city requests related to stickers, reflectors, and other minor issues as outlined by Lime established service level agreements

• Maintain communication with the team including peers, shift lead, and manager

• Participate in Lime events including providing support with valet services, assisting in staging and conducting safety reviews while ensuring the cleanliness of our vehicles

• Support battery management operations when applicable by ensuring accurate documentation, safety measures, and quality checks are completed

• Perform preventative maintenance on our vehicles by identifying and completing small repairs including but not limited to brake adjustments and tire inflation, and assisting with the rotation of scooters and supporting in warehouse flow

• Monitor designated zones by conducting on-foot patrols of the local area to ensure vehicle parking compliance and tidiness in accordance with city requests

• Detect and report uncommon situations related to on the ground service and product

• Occasionally assist customers in field by providing support related to Lime vehicles

• Follow established safety procedures to ensure Lime riders are on the safest vehicles

• May operate a pallet jack or push cart on an as needed basis

• Additional job related tasks as assigned

About You:

• Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid in-state driver license and clean driving record

• Experience in a similar position with knowledge of the local geography

• Ability to understand and communicate in English at a level sufficient to follow safety procedures, read and complete required documentation, utilize mobile applications and tools, and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

• Ability to drive large vans and work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Ability to lift up to 65lbs on a frequent basis required

• Knowledge of cell phone applications. iOS experience preferred

• Ability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends

• Experience safely operating a pallet jack or push cart

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform quick and efficient repairs

• Self-motivated and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage daily tasks

• A safety-oriented mindset, capable of conducting rigorous quality checks

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with team members, riders, and city officials

The salary range listed reflects what Lime reasonably expects to offer for this role, with the final base salary determined by factors such as the candidate’s location and relevant skills and experience. Depending on the position, the total compensation package may also include discretionary annual performance bonus opportunities and equity, subject to applicable plan terms and eligibility requirements.
