Job description

Operations Specialist III (Lifecycle Marketing)

The Operations Team plays a key role in enabling on-device communications and automated messaging for our organization’s media products and services. The team focuses on the development and execution of in-app messaging sent to millions of users globally across multiple services. We are seeking a self-motivated and curious individual who will be responsible for driving and executing the day-to-day operational workflows. This role will work cross-functionally with various teams including marketing, product, and engineering to develop and launch multi-channel customer communications, ultimately driving awareness and engagement of our organization’s services and products.

Description

This position will work cross-functionally to develop and execute customer journeys for growth marketing acquisition and engagement initiatives. As the subject matter expert of customer journey orchestration, the ideal candidate can think strategically, execute flawlessly, and collaborate effectively in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, test, and deploy customer journeys, assessing product and strategy objectives, platform capabilities, and data needs.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders, ensuring operational plans, deliverables, and risks are properly addressed and aligned in global large-scale projects.
  • Monitor campaign performance for operational integrity; identify and communicate issues to internal teams.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in campaign performance, operational efficiency, processes, and product tooling.
  • Build a knowledge portal of best practices and playbooks as a reference and training resource.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of lifecycle marketing experience developing and launching acquisition and engagement initiatives.
  • Experience with CRM or ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget, Braze, Oracle Responsys.
  • Strong logical reasoning and critical thinking skills; SQL experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High attention to detail and organization to deliver quality projects on time.
  • Proactive, thoughtful, and resourceful with a willingness to tackle ambiguity and roadblocks.
  • Team-oriented mentality with consideration for team impact.
Education
  • BA/BS preferred or equivalent work experience.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $51.50 to $57.23 an hour. Compensation depends on education, relevant experience, certifications, and location.
