Job summary

Norfolk Iron & Metal in Emporia, Kansas is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team on a Fri-Sun 5am-5pm weekend shift. This role supports production by handling warehouse functions, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities include picking, banding and stacking steel bundles, reading a tape measure, assisting crane operators with bundle placement, and operating overhead cranes and sideloading forklifts, as well as loading trailers.

Qualifications

• High School or better in General Education.
• Crane certification.
• Experience with overhead cranes and sideloading forklift is a plus.
