Job summary

Bland & Associates, Nebraska’s first Employee-Owner CPA firm, is seeking an Operations Specialist to support Audit, Tax, Client Accounting, and Advisory Services. This on-site role helps keep client workflows organized, accurate, and moving forward within our collaborative culture.

You will onboarding new clients, assist with billing, maintain records, and help optimize processes using Practice ERP. A background in CPA or professional services and strong organizational skills are required;

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in an administrative or operations role.
• Experience in a CPA firm or professional services preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage deadlines and shifting priorities.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding and relationship support from onboarding through ongoing service and offboarding, maintaining communication and records.
• Billing and invoicing support: review time entries, generate invoices, monitor accounts receivable.
• Operations team support: primary contact for client operational questions and document management.
• Process and systems support: use Practice ERP for tracking, billing, and reporting; help improve workflows.
