Job summary

Bland & Associates, Nebraska's first ESOP CPA Firm, is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive awareness, engagement, and business development across the firm.

You will manage content production, website SEO, marketing analytics, and sales enablement materials, partnering with leadership and external partners to ensure consistent, high-quality marketing operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of marketing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
• Professional services experience preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, SEO, CRM, email marketing, analytics, and project management skills.
• Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders; multitask effectively.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Manage editorial calendar and coordinate content creation with subject matter experts.
• Develop articles, insights, case studies, newsletters, and other assets.
• Coordinate website content, SEO, and web development with external partners.
• Manage CRM, email marketing, automation tools, and analytics.
• Create proposals, case studies, collateral, and marketing materials for growth.
• Plan campaigns, webinars, events, sponsorships and measure results.

YOUR ROLE

• Content Production & Publishing: Manage the firm editorial calendar and coordinate content creation with subject matter experts. Develop articles, insights, case studies, newsletters, and other marketing assets while managing review and publication schedules.
• Website & Search Execution: Maintain website content and coordinate website, SEO, and web-development initiatives with external partners. Monitor performance and recommend improvements to increase visibility and engagement.
• Marketing Systems & Reporting: Manage CRM, email marketing, automation tools, visitor-identification platforms, reporting processes, and performance analytics. Produce scorecards and marketing insights that support decision making.
• Sales Enablement & Business Development Support: Create proposals, case studies, capability statements, collateral, presentations, and other business-development materials that support growth initiatives.
• Campaign & Event Execution: Coordinate campaigns, webinars, conferences, sponsorships, and marketing initiatives while tracking results and measuring effectiveness.

YOUR SKILLS

• Knowledge Minimum three (3) years of marketing experience. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred. Professional services experience preferred.
• Skills Strong writing, editing, content creation, SEO, CRM, email marketing, analytics, project management, vendor coordination, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Candidates must pass a background check as part of the hiring process. Performance is evaluated based on quality of work, marketing execution, communication effectiveness, project management, achievement of business objectives, and the ability to meet deadlines.
