Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or 1+ years of Stifel or career equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of professional business-related experience
• Strong organizational and communication abilities, with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Provide phone support with high level of customer service while following procedures
• Collaborate with team, branch personnel, and clients to deliver service
• Assist with onboarding and training of new Financial Advisors; may require travel within the U.S.
• Identify problems outside of standard procedures and suggest improvements
• Give timely updates on progression of responsibilities to leadership
