Yoh is seeking an Alt Ops/ Corporate Actions Specialist in Tempe, AZ (Hybrid) for a 6+ month contract. You will support processes that connect our client with its clients, vendors, and partners, including Alternative Investments, Corporate Actions, Dividends, and Proxy Shareholder Communications, while upholding regulatory requirements and a strong risk framework.

You will review forms, reconcile cash and securities, research discrepancies with DTCC and transfer agents, respond to advisor

Responsibilities

• Review and process submitted forms and documentation with high accuracy.
• Reconcile, report, process and validate cash and securities transactions.
• Research and resolve discrepancies between DTCC, transfer agents, and contra firms.
• Review reports and exception queues to ensure accurate posting of dividend payments and related adjustments.
• Support Proxy Shareholder Communications and advisor inquiries.
• Provide inbound phone support to advisors and internal service teams with clear guidance.

Tempe, AZ (Hybrid)

As an Alt Ops/ Corporate Actions Specialist, you will support key processes that connectour client with its clients, vendors, and partners. Youll play a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely processing across Alternative Investments, Corporate Actions, Dividends, and Proxy Shareholder Communications processes, while providing excellent service to internal stakeholders. This position includes both operational processing and inbound phone support, offering variety and exposure across multiple operational functions. This position requires compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and supports a strong risk and control environment.

What Youll Do:

• Review and process submitted forms and documentation with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Reconcile, report, process and validate cash and securities transactions.
• Research and resolve discrepancies between DTCC, transfer agents, and contra firms.
• Review reports and exception queues to ensure accurate posting of dividend payments, reversals, fractional liquidations, dividend reinvestments, and related adjustments.
• Support Proxy Shareholder Communications, including researching and responding to advisor inquiries and escalations.
• Provide inbound phone support to advisors and internal service teams, delivering clear guidance and resolutions.

Estimated Min Rate: $14.00

Estimated Max Rate: $23.00
