Job summary

Wurth Wood Group in Roanoke, VA is looking for an Operations Specialist to join our warehouse team. This full-time, hourly role focuses on accurate product storage, order picking, loading/unloading trucks, and providing reliable service to customers.

The ideal candidate is organized, hardworking, and capable of working overtime. Experience with Warehouse Management Software and forklift certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team.
• Must be able to work overtime and variable shift/hours.
• Demonstrated ability with Warehouse Management Software.
• Proven ability to manage detail on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to interface with customers and employees fostering excellent communication skills and customer service.
• Able to be forklift certified.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an eager-to-learn Operations Specialist for our Roanoke location. This is a manual labor position within our warehouse. As there is growth potential in this position, the ideal candidate will have polished customer service skills and high attention to detail. The nature of this industry will require reliability and organizational skills. This is a full-time hourly position with biweekly pay.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Correctly store products in appropriate bin locations
