Job summary

Wurth Wood Group in Norfolk, VA is seeking an Operations Specialist to join our warehouse team. This is a manual labor, full-time hourly role with biweekly pay, offering growth potential and competitive benefits.

You will store products in bin locations, pull orders, load and unload trucks, and interact with customers and staff to ensure accurate, timely service. Candidates must be reliable, organized, and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an eager-to-learn Operations Specialist for our Norfolk location. This is a manual labor position within our warehouse. As there is growth potential in this position, the ideal candidate will have polished customer service skills and high attention to detail. The nature of this industry will require reliability and organizational skills. This is a full-time hourly position with biweekly pay.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Correctly store products in appropriate bin locations
• Accurately pull product according to customer order
• Use proper procedures for loading and unloading trucks
• Perform any other requirements to effectively fulfill functions of the warehouse
