Job description

Paradiso Grande, located in Orlando, Florida, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Operations Specialist! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Food & Beverage
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the facility and F&B outlets
  • Support inventory management, ordering, receiving, and stock organization
  • Ensure food safety, sanitation, and company standards are maintained
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures
  • Monitor cleanliness and organization of dining, service, and storage areas
  • Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries professionally
  • Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown as needed
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient daily operations
Administrative Support
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and document management
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, staff schedules, and calendar management
  • Maintain operational records, reports, and spreadsheets
  • Support payroll, invoicing, and purchasing processes as needed
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Assist management with special projects and administrative tasks
  • Maintain confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
  • Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage, operations, customer service, or administrative support preferred
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook and general office software
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds when necessary
Schedule

Open availability required. Must be available to work days and evenings, weekends (required), and holidays as needed. Flexible schedule based on operational demands.
