Job summary

ODW Logistics, Inc is a leading 3PL provider delivering end-to-end supply chain solutions across warehousing, distribution and e-commerce fulfillment. This role supports a team in our Ohio operations with hands-on leadership to meet safety, quality and throughput targets.

We value experienced supervisors who can train staff, troubleshoot order issues in the WMS, and maintain accurate inbound/outbound documentation while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of forklift experience.
• Must excel in a team environment and lead teams to safety, productivity and quality goals.
• Hands-on with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Microsoft Office suite experience and familiarity with WMS.

Responsibilities

Perform The Essential Functions.

• Completes all required documentation on inbound and outbound.
• Understands the WMS system and has the knowledge to problem solve and troubleshoot order issues.
• Understand and perform order audits based on quantity and customer specific requests that vary between retailers based on existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Ability to train others and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 - 5 years of Forklift experience.
• Must be able to excel in a team oriented environment and be comfortable leading teams to achieve safety, productivity and quality goals.
• Must be "hands on", able to handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Microsoft Office suite experience.
• Warehouse Management System experience.

Minimum Physical Requirements

• General office working conditions.
• Physical conditions: Frequent walking: Even/Uneven Surfaces
• Environment: Extreme temperature outside (hot /cold); Internal: temperature controlled environment
• Work includes using material handling equipment that must be operated according to specific operating procedures.
• Workweeks in excess of 40 hours may exist periodically through the year.
• Occasional weekend work.
