Flexcar is hiring an Operations Specialist in Lilburn, GA. This full-time role focuses on keeping our fleet ready by cleaning vehicles, performing quality checks, and documenting inspections using our apps.

You’ll work outdoors at our market location and coordinate with frontline teams to ensure top-notch customer experiences. We value multitaskers with strong time management, tech savvy daily tooling, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• High ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using a smartphone and apps for task management.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Clean and detail a high volume of cars inside and out to meet standards.
• Assess vehicle quality and damage using technology.
• Communicate with team using a smart device.
• Complete readiness and return checklists accurately and quickly.
• Complete fleet inspections and the vehicle optioning process.
• Use technology to take high-quality images for the website.
• Conduct daily inventory scans and assist reconciliation.
• Manage vehicle inventory and organize parking lots.
• Address vehicle issues to return them to customers quickly.
• Maintain Flexcar facilities and property to company standards.
• Assist the order delivery team to deliver customer cars.
• Perform other tasks from team leads as directed.

The Operations Specialist is a key employee atFlexcarthat will work closely with teams from each frontline department to ensure the best products and experiences for our customers. As an Operations Specialist, you willbe responsible forcleaning cars to meetFlexcarstandards, ensuring all quality checks are being done through various apps and checklists, taking quality photos of vehicles for display on our website, and inventory scanning. You will primarily be stationed outdoors in one of our market locations while you perform your daily tasks.

WhatYou’llDo:

• Work on various special projects - managing their moving parts, timelines, and stakeholders - as dictated by unique business needs in an emerging market.

• Properly managevehicle inventory, including organizing a parking lot and correctly labeling cars

• Address issues with vehicles to return them to customers as quickly as possible.

• Maintain allFlexcarfacilities and property to company standards

• Assistthe order delivery team to deliver customer cars for orders, as needed

• Complete other assigned tasks from team leads and managers as directed
