Liberty Common School in Fort Collins, Colorado, seeks an Operations Specialist to support the Senior Director of Operations with computing, cybersecurity, and IT management, while aiding the CS Department in classroom observation and alignment with curricular objectives.

The Operations Specialist assists the Senior Director of Operations in all aspects of public-school-operations administration including computing, cybersecurity, and information-technology management and oversight. The Operations Specialist assists the school’s academic administration in observing and evaluating classroom instruction in the school’s Computer Science Department including classroom-instructor evaluation and the school’s curricular objectives.
The successful candidate will demonstrate institutional workplace experience in an academic setting, operational reliability, suitable technical expertise, and a classical-education background such that technology instruction and school operations maintain alignment with Liberty’s mission.
FLSA CLASSIFICATION: Exempt
EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Regular, Parttime
WORK HOURS: 10-20 hours per week
SALARY: $80.00-$100.00 per hour
REPORTS TO: Senior Director of Operations
