What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage processes related to Concur expense allocations and travel receipt reconciliation
- Audit datasets and submit corrections through proper channels and software
- Respond to incoming requests and manage escalation paths to ensure timely responses
- Create and maintain documentation related to training, policies, and best practices
- Identify and document process improvement opportunities while collaborating with analytics teams

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience preferred
- At least 4 years of administration or customer service/support experience
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Teams, Outlook, Excel)
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills with a passion for helping others
- Ability to multi-task and resolve a variety of issues in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Workday, Smartsheet, ServiceNOW, and UKG Kronos
- Availability for occasional weekend or evening work for urgent support
