Job summary

GLOVIS EV Logistics America LLC is seeking an Operations Senior Specialist in Ellabell, GA to lead warehouse and transportation tasks. The role focuses on ensuring safety compliance, supervising shipments, and coordinating with labor, equipment, and third-party services.

The position requires solid logistics knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The role reports to the W&D Manager and offers a full-time schedule Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• 3 years of direct experience in warehouse operations (preferred)
• 1 year of indirect experience in warehouse operation

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with transportation safety regulations, warehouse safety standards, and company policies
• Supervise inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Monitor and coordinate with operational labor, equipment and 3rd party service daily
• Forecast customer needs, analyze capacity, and communicate with related parties
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor inventory levels and report issues
• Prepare and submit daily reports on feeding orders, demand, and supply status
• Investigate discrepancies in receiving, picking, or shipping processes and document operations
• Monitor ETA for critical orders and provide updates
• Identify root causes of incidents and propose countermeasures
• Conduct regular physical inventory audits and reconciliations
• Manage and verify monthly invoices from suppliers with supporting docs
• Submit AP/AR invoices to Finance as required

Operations Senior Specialist (3CC W&D)

Department: Transportation

Reports to: Warehouse & Distribution (W&D) Manager

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1 st Shift (Expected from 6:30AM-3:00PM) (Schedule is subject to change based on production requirements)

Responsibilities for an Operations Senior Specialist:

• Ensure compliance with transportation safety regulations, warehouse safety standards, and company policies
• Supervise inbound and outbound shipments to ensure job accuracy and timeliness
• Monitor and coordinate with operational labor, equipment and 3 rd party service on a daily basis
• Forecast customer’s needs, analyze current capacity, and communicate with related parties.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor inventory levels and communicate issues to relevant departments
• Prepare and submit daily reports on feeding orders, demand, and supply status
• Investigate discrepancies in receiving, picking, or shipping processes and keep relevant documents of each operation
• Monitor and provide updates on estimated arrival times (ETA) for critical orders
• Figure out root cause of incident and provide for feasible countermeasures
• Conduct regular physical inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy
• Manage and verify monthly invoices from Supplier with supporting documentation
• Submit AP/AR invoices to Finance Department in accordance with required procedure

• Solid understanding of inbound and outbound logistics processes
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas)
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

The estimated base salary range for this job is $69,000 -$73,000.The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
