Job summary

City National Bank in Phoenix is seeking an Operations Senior Specialist responsible for timely and accurate execution of daily operational activities, including data entry, reporting, document management, client support, and clerical tasks. You will follow procedures to stay compliant with policies, standards, and regulations.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of experience in bank operations, process improvement, or a similar role.
• Additional certificate programs or high school diploma acceptable per qualifications.

• Attending trainings, team meetings, and individual manager meetings for feedback, coaching, and development.
• Hosting trainings, team meetings, and direct report meetings for feedback, coaching, and development.
• Managing direct reports through metrics reporting, goal setting, and coaching.
• Supporting special projects as assigned

OPERATIONS SENIOR SPECIALIST

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

Responsible for timely and accurate execution of daily operational activities of varying degrees of complexity, which may include data entry, reporting, document management, client support, and/or clerical and administrative functions. Follows procedures to maintain compliance with policies, standards, and regulations. Meets daily productivity and quality goals. Identifies and assists in resolving issues and discrepancies, escalating to senior staff as needed. Identifies and communicates potential risks in operational process to senior staff. Actively seeks opportunities to enhance knowledge of bank operations, regulations, and risk management principles.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

Required Qualifications*

• Associate's Degree
• 1-3 years of experience in bank operations, process improvement, or a similar role
• Associate’s Degree/Certificate Program, High School Diploma

Compensation

Starting base salary: $25.93 - $41.43 per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
