The Opportunity

We are looking for a self-motivated, highly organized Operations & Scheduling Coordinator to join our team! This is a remote position (but you must reside in Rhode Island or nearby areas for local knowledge).

You will play a key role in ensuring our daily operations run smoothly — managing appointment scheduling, supporting our groomers, talking with customers, handling payroll logistics, inventory management, and even helping us grow!

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and optimize daily groomer routes using our scheduling software (Moego).
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries — phone, text, email, and web forms.
• Help drive customer acquisition through outbound communication and creative marketing ideas.
• Resolve customer questions or concerns in a professional, timely manner.
• Collaborate closely with ownership and the grooming team to ensure a smooth daily workflow.
• Monitor inventory levels, place supply orders, and manage restocking schedules.
• Support payroll processes by tracking employee hours and preparing reports.

• Prior experience in scheduling, administrative support, office management, or operations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills — you can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills — friendly, clear, and confident.
• Tech-savvy — comfortable learning new software tools and optimizing processes.
• Experience with payroll or inventory management is a plus.
• Enthusiastic, self-driven, and proactive attitude.
• Passion for pets is a big plus!
