Be part of the operations team — help manage orders, fulfill them end-to-end, and coordinate the AI systems that power our operations.

What You'll Do

• Manage incoming orders and reservations from intake to fulfillment
• Coordinate and supervise AI systems that facilitate day-to-day operations
• Resolve customer issues quickly with empathy and precision
• Partner with suppliers, guides, and transport partners to ensure flawless delivery
• Monitor reservation pipelines, flag exceptions, and proactively prevent problems
• Maintain meticulous records and audit trails for every booking
• Surface recurring issues and operational gaps to product and engineering
• Own customer success metrics: response time, resolution time, CSAT, and NPS
