Job summary

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with FSP through MD.
• Oral and written communications to explain data analysis to stakeholders.
• 10+ years of experience analyzing management and operational problems using operations research techniques.
• 4+ years of experience with modeling and simulation to address decision analysis problems.
• 4+ years conducting multiple objective decision analysis or cost-benefit analysis in support of research objectives.
• 4+ years with PANDAS, R, Excel and VBA, ARENA, OCTAVE, Tableau, Gurobi/CPLEX, ExtendSim, SAS, NETICA, stats models, Stata, MATLAB, or SPSS.
• Experience developing and delivering training materials for operations research techniques.
• Experience briefing results and preparing written reports on analytic approaches and methodologies.
• Experience with machine learning and large language models to solve complex problems.

• Oral and written communications skills to explain data analysis to stakeholders
• 10+ years of experience with conducting analysis of management and operational problems using operations research techniques
• 4+ years of experience with the application of modeling and simulation to address decision analysis problems
• 4+ years of experience conducting multiple objective decision analysis or cost benefit analysis in support of research objectives

The proposed salary range for this position is: $188,000.00-$200,000.00
