Job summary

Abacus Technology Corporation seeks an Operations Research Analyst to support the TAAS program at Peterson SFB. This full-time role involves mathematical modeling, data analysis, and presenting results to leadership.

You will collaborate with engineering teams, identify risks and opportunities, and help implement optimized solutions. A TS/SCI clearance is required, with U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations research, systems analysis, or management sciences.
• Must hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field with substantial math/statistics content.
• Ability to formulate mathematical models and apply optimization methods.

Responsibilities

• Formulate mathematical or simulation models and relate constants, variables and constraints.
• Validate and test models; reformulate as needed.
• Collaborate with senior managers to identify problems and objectives.
• Present results of modeling and data analysis to management.
• Support implementation of chosen solutions across the organization.
• Identify and track risks, issues, and opportunities in WS context.
• Apply OR techniques for predictive analysis of data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Contribute to the WS Worthiness Assessment (WWA) process.
