  • Develop optimization models, simulations, forecasting tools, and decision-support systems.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses, risk assessments, and trade studies for acquisition, logistics and program planning decisions.
  • Provide data visualization, dashboards, and executive-level briefings summarizing findings and recommendations.

Role

As an Operations Research Analyst, you will apply advanced analytical methods and quantitative techniques to support strategic decision-making, operational planning, and performance optimization in support of government mission objectives.   • Provide data visualization, dashboards, and executive-level briefings summarizing findings and recommendations
  • Support strategic planning, resource allocation, and performance measurement initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including program management, engineering, logistics, and financial stakeholders
  • Prepare technical reports, white papers, and documentation in accordance with government standards
  • Ensure data integrity, validation, and compliance with applicable policies and security requirements

Requirements

What You Will Need to Succeed:

Must Haves

  • Must be a US citizen possessing a Top-Secret level clearance
  • 3+ years of experience managing product programs, and a BA/BS degree in a relevant subject, or
  • 10+ years of experience managing product programs, and an associate’s degree in a relevant subject

Nice To Haves

  • Able to conform to existing procedures and policies with repeatability, precision, and timeliness
  • Familiarity with NAVAIR programming and processes
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to present briefings to government customer
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, SharePoint, and other MS Office products

What You’ll Want To Know

  • This position does not offer remote work
  • Primary location at Pax River, with frequent travel to Arlington, DC, Bethesda, and Dahlgren
  • This position is contingent upon contract award
