Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a qualified Operations Research/Systems Engineering professional for a role of developing and validating analytical models to support decision-making in industrial settings. Qualifications

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD SECRET clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or another relevant STEM field.
• Minimum THREE (3) years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in developing and applying quantitative models, decision support tools, or BCA methodologies.
• Proficiency with data analysis and willingness to learn new software platforms and tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct baseline assessments of industrial capabilities by analyzing production data, maintenance metrics, and operational risks.
• Gather, clean, and prepare data to populate and validate a prioritization tool and analytical models.
• Develop data dictionary, database schemas, and API specifications for scalability.
• Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and SMEs to build a robust, scalable decision support system.
• Document technical specifications, methodologies, and workflows for the prioritization framework and tool.
