Job summary

BCT LLC in Maryland is seeking an Operations Requirements Analyst (Level 3) to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold an active TS/SCI with POLY and provide technical direction for national and tactical cryptologic capabilities, coordinating meetings with services, CSAs, systems engineers, and data modelers.

You will help gather requirements, document updates, verify operational requirements, and participate in SIGINT forums.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with POLY security clearance.
• Experience providing technical direction in national and tactical cryptologic capabilities.
• Facilitates requirements gathering with multiple stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings with Services, CSAs, systems engineers, data modelers, and team members.
• Ten years in IC programs or equivalent with relevant education.

Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive definition and documentation updates for deliverables.
• Coordinates with analysts, managers, and seniors within UCS to verify operational requirements.
• Gather updated standards information.
• Participate in forums within the national/tactical SIGINT community.
• Collect programmatic information to identify future programs.
• Capture and deliver TCV lessons learned through briefings and discussions.

About the job:

BCT LLC is seeking an Operations Requirements Analyst (Level 3) to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess an active TS/SCI with POLY and have experience with providing technical direction in the area of national and tactical cryptologic capabilities. Facilitates requirements gathering by coordinating technical exchange meetings (and other meetings as needed) with the Services, Combat Support Agencies (CSAs), systems engineers, data modelers, and other members of the requirements team.

Required Experience:

• Provides comprehensive definition and documentation updates for deliverables. Coordinates with analysts, managers, and seniors within Unified Cryptologic System (UCS) to verify operational requirements.
• Gather updated standards information
• Participate in forums throughout the national/tactical SIGINT community
• Collect programmatic information to identify programs that need to be considered for future assessments
• Capture and deliver Tactical Compliance Verification (TCV) lessons learned through briefings and discussions

Required Education:

Qualified candidates must meet one of the following criteria:

• Ten (10) years' experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required of which five (5) years shall be in the Intelligence Community (IC).
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field (e.g., systems engineering, mathematics, information technology, operations research) from an accredited college or university is required.

Salary Range:

$146,400-183,000

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, BCT-LLC considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
