Radiall in Wallingford, CT seeks an Operational Quality Manager to drive quality, process consistency, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. You will lead quality systems, CAPA, and audits while collaborating with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Quality teams.
You will mentor quality engineers and technicians, develop inspection plans, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ERP/MRP, SPC, and MSA. Travel 5–10% to support audits and improvements.

The Operational Quality Manager is responsible for driving quality, process consistency, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. This position provides hands‑on leadership for quality systems and operational performance, ensuring products are manufactured consistently to customer specifications, internal standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
The Operational Quality Manager works closely with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to identify process risks, eliminate recurring defects, improve manufacturing performance, and establish a culture of quality and accountability throughout the plant.
