Prudential plc is seeking a Quality Assurance professional who will support a variety of functions including risk management and process improvement. The successful candidate will help manage quality standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, while contributing to the operational efficiency of the organization. Ideal candidates will have a background in quality assurance, strong data analysis skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards across all operations.

1. Strategic Quality Assurance for Operations:
Aid in identifying potential risks and contribute to the development of preventive strategies.
Utilize data analysis to ensure report integrity and accuracy.
Engage in training initiatives, educating staff on quality standards and practices.
Apply data analysis techniques to review quality reports, ensuring data integrity and accuracy in all reports.
Work with business owners to help establish and maintain quality systems and guidelines
3. Process Improvement:
Participate in the review and refinement of quality assurance processes for enhanced efficiency and compliance
Document findings and assist in preparing monthly reports for the Operations Governance team.
