1. Strategic Quality Assurance for Operations:

  • Support the Quality Assurance team in managing activities as per the Operating Manual
  • Assist in ensuring business decisions comply with established processes and regulatory standards
  • Support in maintaining process compliance with internal and external quality benchmarks.
  • Contribute to setting in-house quality procedures, standards, and specifications to align with industry best practices.

2. Risk Management:

Aid in identifying potential risks and contribute to the development of preventive strategies.

Utilize data analysis to ensure report integrity and accuracy.

Engage in training initiatives, educating staff on quality standards and practices.

Apply data analysis techniques to review quality reports, ensuring data integrity and accuracy in all reports.

Work with business owners to help establish and maintain quality systems and guidelines

3. Process Improvement:

Participate in the review and refinement of quality assurance processes for enhanced efficiency and compliance

Document findings and assist in preparing monthly reports for the Operations Governance team.
