Caring Transitions of Apex and Cary is seeking an organized Operations Coordinator to manage day-to-day relocation, downsizing, and estate service projects. This role links the Owner, Project Managers, clients, and vendors, balancing field visits with office duties.

Ideal candidates are proactive, strong communicators who handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision and a compassionate, professional approach when assisting seniors and families.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, scheduling, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and changing priorities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable interacting with employees, clients, vendors, and management.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the daily and weekly team schedule in coordination with the Owner and Project Managers.
• Assign team members to projects based on requirements, availability, and strengths.
• Coordinate staffing for moves, downsizing, cleanouts, estate sales, and auctions.
• Ensure project teams have the information needed for each day’s work.
• Monitor schedules and address conflicts or changes.
• Coordinate outside services (dumpsters, movers, appraisers, etc.).
• Help ensure projects are staffed and completed efficiently within planned labor hours.
