Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking a dedicated project operations leader to plan, schedule, and resource cooled operations projects. The role requires US citizenship or permanent residency and offers the chance to drive complex engineering and manufacturing initiatives in a dynamic environment.

You will coordinate with operations, engineering, facilities, and management to meet milestones, budgets and quality targets while mitigating risks and delivering on ambitious manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Effectively plans and manages multiple operations projects, of any size or complexity, for cooled operations, including engineering projects, equipment procurement, facilities and maintenance projects.
• Actively manages project milestones, budget performance, deliverables and quality, and reports project status using department process, tools and metrics.
• Maintains an active risk tracking and mitigation plan for all aspects of a project including schedule delays, technical issues, supplier problems.
• Proactively engages ops, engineering, facilities, maintenance teams and management to reduce and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Interacts with ops and engineering management to clearly define and control project requirements and changes to the established baseline.
• Coordinates with internal organization and company leadership to achieve objectives and product manufacturing goals.

Salary Range

$72,800.00-$97,100.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
