• Create and disseminate content by articulating key messages for different audiences, distributing them across stakeholder groups, and equipping leaders with content for various communication cadences and channels, including podcasts.
• Support special projects and strategic initiatives, including systems implementation.
• Help automate and bring continuity to processes, introducing modern ways of working to improve efficiency and deliver value and quality.

Summary:

The Project Operations Lead will be responsible for managing and owning special projects within the Operations Department including communications initiatives, process improvements, risk assessment, and issue tracking resolution.
