TikTok Local Services is seeking an Operations Project Intern in Los Angeles to support business development and creator operations. The role offers exposure to onboarding merchants for Dine-in services, coordinating creator outreach, and maintaining daily operational data in a fast-paced environment.

The internship is 3 months long, with a competitive hourly rate and access to benefits typical for interns.

Responsibilities

• Support the BD team with Dine-in merchant onboarding, including assisting merchants with POI claims, setting up product information and tax rates, and linking products to the appropriate POIs.
• Support the BD team with creator operation, including coordination by working with the creator team's outreach list and helping merchants arrange and accommodate on-site visits.
• Track and maintain daily operational data, including organizing and consolidating internal and external datasets.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree.
  • Able to commit to 3 months long internship period.
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in the discovery economy (e.g., content creation for restaurants, hotels, events and attractions).

• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Dine-in industry, location service, POI platforms and trends.

  • Basic understanding of campaign performance metrics (CTR, conversion, ROI, etc.)

Job Information

The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $23.75- $23.75.

Benefits

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
