Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years in manufacturing operations, production planning, or operations program management with direct ownership of commitments.
• Experience in a DoD or federal production program, or similar controlled environment.
• Hands-on experience with MRP/ERP systems for material planning against build-need dates.
• Proven track record in recovery from production delays, demonstrating problem-solving capabilities.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Operations Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will own the operational execution plan for complex production programs and keep delivery aligned with the Integrated Master Schedule. The position will work closely with engineering, procurement, suppliers, quality, and program leadership to protect build-need dates, manage risk, and support recovery when production plans slip. Success in this role will be measured by strong execution, schedule discipline, and clear visibility into production performance.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $114,700 – $174,950 annually
