University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is seeking an Operations Program Director to translate divisional priorities into efficient administrative operations that support clinical, educational, research, and academic missions. The Department of Medicine, Division of Hospital Medicine has an opening for a full-time Operations Program Director. This position serves as a senior operational leader for the Division and is responsible for translating divisional priorities into effective administrative operations, programs, and processes that support the Division's clinical, educational, research, and academic missions.
The Operations Program Director works closely with the Senior Division Administrator, Division Head, faculty leaders, Department of Medicine, and other institutional partners to coordinate initiatives, improve administrative systems, and provide day-to-day leadership for a multidisciplinary administrative team.
Hybrid – this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week on campus and as needed for in-person meetings.

The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as $89,208 – $113,473.
The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation, depending on the level.
