Job summary

Trinseo is seeking a hands-on Operations / Production Leader (Chemical) to guide the full operation of our 24x7 Louisville manufacturing site. The role partners with plant leadership to translate strategy into execution and strong operational performance.

This senior position requires proven leadership, team development, and experience in a PS M specialty chemical environment. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost while advancing continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• 5-10+ years of manufacturing experience in specialty chemical, pharmaceutical, or similarly regulated process environments.
• Experience leading multiple teams/functions with budget ownership.
• Union experience preferred.
• Proven ability to develop leaders, manage complexity, and drive performance.

• Ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and operational integrity.

• Lead root cause analysis to resolve process-related deviations and problems.

This role oversees production, serving as a key partner to the plant leadership team to translate strategy into execution and operational performance.

This is asenior-level rolerequiring a proven leader who can drive results at scale, develop strong leadership teams, and operate effectively in aPSM specialty chemical plant.
