Trinseo is seeking a hands-onOperations / Production Leader (Chemical) to lead the full operational performance of our 24x7 Louisville manufacturing site. This role oversees production, serving as a key partner to the plant leadership team to translate strategy into execution and operational performance.

This is asenior-level rolerequiring a proven leader who can drive results at scale, develop strong leadership teams, and operate effectively in aPSM specialty chemical plant.
