Job summary

All Native Group, the Federal Services division of Ho-Chunk Inc., seeks a Management and Program Analyst to provide administrative analytical work supporting the Managing Director of Operational Medicine and related offices in Washington, DC. The role includes reviewing policies, developing reports, budgeting support, and coordinating program implementation across MED/DMD/OM entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in federal program management or related fields preferred.
• Security Clearance: Secret required; Top Secret preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans and conducts studies for efficiency of operations across Bureau organizations and entities.
• Fields research questions from OM staff and drafts reports or issue summaries.
• Manages a portfolio of MED/DMD/OM programs/projects and tracks workflow and deadlines.
• Develops central level management policy and procedures for MED/DMD/OM projects.
• Plans, conducts or participates in special studies and provides assistance to the Department and overseas posts.
