The Department of Revenue is recruiting for an Operations & Policy Analyst 2 position. We seek talented, detail-oriented individuals to join our Business Division in the Withholding Taxes and Fees Section. This position is based in Salem; however, the successful candidate may be eligible for hybrid work, combining onsite and remote duties.
Applicants must reside in Oregon to be considered, though current employees outside Oregon may apply.

Qualifications
Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science, or related fields, plus two years of professional evaluative, analytical, and planning experience. Alternatively, a combination of education and experience totaling five years supporting the necessary skills.
